[NEWS] Baek Ji Young & ALi release songs for ‘Rooftop Prince’ OST

Queen of OSTs, Baek Ji Young, has participated in the OST for ‘Rooftop Prince‘.

Baek Ji Young’s agency WS Entertainment stated, “Baek Ji Young will be participating in the OST of the new SBS drama ‘Rooftop Prince’, and her song will be the main title track.

Baek Ji Young’s “After a Long Time Has Passed” will be the love theme song for the main characters played by Park Yoochun and Han Ji Min. It has been revealed that skilled composer Park Jung Wook wrote this song with Baek Ji Young in mind as the one to sing it.

Baek Ji Young stated, “I ended up participating in this OST due to the music director of ‘Secret Garden’. I have read the drama’s synopsis and script, and thought the story was really good and fun, so I confidently chose to participate.

It is well known that all the dramas that Baek Ji Young has sang OSTs for has become huge hits, so the anticipation for the upcoming drama has risen. She has been dubbed as the ‘Queen of OSTs’ for singing for hit dramas like KBS’ ‘Iris’‘The Princess’ Man’SBS ‘Secret Garden’, and MBC‘s‘Greatest Love’. The singer also swept the awards for the OST categories last year.
